Office buildings keep popping up
Groundbreaking of NORDHUSET the 8th office building in DANDY Business Park took place February 18th, 2020 on a cold and freezing day. Now on September 18th we have reached the day for the topping-out ceremony – and luckily, we had sunny weather. All tenants had the opportunity to see the offices and feel the atmosphere. We had a lovely afternoon enjoying the new house and networking while consuming hotdogs in the sun. We har looking very much forward to the inauguration planned for mid-2021.
The theme for this building is finance and advice. So far 75 % of the building has been rented out to companies like SKOV Advokater, Martinsen Rådgivning & Revision, Handelsbanken, RTM, Colliers and LokalBolig.
The architects are ERIK and the construction company CASA.
